Aside from the gondola this is the most useful chairlift on the mountain, giving you access to Redemption Ridge, Whitewall and Fuez bowl. Lots of great tree runs on the south side of redemption ridge and great steep chutes on the north side.
Views are spectacular. Chair is slow so you can enjoy the views

The White Wall off the top of Stairway to Heaven is a Kicking Horse classic!
The very best times with there best blokes you could wish for. Thank goodness for those jaeger bombs before lunch - the legs needed courage!

Good lift with usually pretty short lines compared to the gondola. I like it cause you don't need to go all the way down the hill to get back on. Services two really nice bowls. One side you can hop back on the lift when you are done the run. The other side (which is an awesome, wide open bowl) you will need to ride all the way back down to the bottom of the hill but worth it.
Great runs off the ridge on both sides but the cat track is often congested/scraped bare
